French Grandeur in Highland Park

Chances are, either you know exactly where the beautiful French mansion featured so prominently on my channel page is or you have asked yourself, "Just where is that exceptionally good-looking property?" I'm proud to say that's my listing at 4236 Armstrong Parkway in Highland Park. The majestic mansion was designed by Hal Thompson and built in 1929. One of the city's most precious heritage residences, it has undergone an intelligent restoration. In fact, a master artisan spent 8 years painting, glazing woodwork and refinishing furniture. This is truly the perfect home for those who appreciate late 18th century French architecture and an exceptional Highland Park address!
